Product roadmap
What is included in the pilot, and what follows it.
Last updated 9 September 2026
Purpose. A shared record of what is in the pilot and what follows it, so pilot assumptions do not become hidden commitments. "Pilot" means available during your pilot; "Post-pilot" means planned, and not something to plan your pilot around.
In the pilot
Feature | Description |
|---|---|
The CURA platform | A secure, client-specific workspace where users can access Cura through passwordless sign-in. The platform gives each user a clear, personalised next step without requiring them to search through a large content library. |
Pulses and missions | Short, expert-led Pulses help users understand a topic in under 15 minutes. Each Pulse ends with a practical mission that turns the learning into an action users can try in their working day. 25 are available during the pilot, with the full library following. |
Personalised journeys | Users follow a guided journey of related Pulses and missions. Recommendations adapt as users complete activities and reflect on their progress. |
Habits and reminders | Users can retain successful missions as ongoing habits and receive prompts to help them follow through. Regular check-ins encourage reflection, consistency and continued action. |
Seasons | Cura Seasons are month-long, Cura-wide experiences focused on an important theme. Each Season launches with a live expert event and continues through interviews, new tools, practical advice and related content designed to maintain momentum throughout the month. |
Collections | Collections bring together relevant Pulses, recordings and resources around a particular topic or organisational priority. They give users a simple route through related content without overwhelming them with choice. |
Individual progress | Users can see the Pulses, missions and habits they have completed and track their progress over time. Personal responses and insights remain private and are not shared with their employer at an identifiable level. |
Client engagement reporting | Clients receive aggregated reporting on invitations, registrations, active users, Pulse completion, mission participation and repeat engagement. This provides a clear view of how the pilot is being adopted without exposing individual responses. |
User invitations and administration | Clients can invite pilot users through a CSV import or manage the invitation process through their own communications. The client workspace provides visibility of user activation and overall participation. |
Integrations | Cura integrates with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack and Outlook so reminders and actions can appear within the flow of work. Additional client-system integrations may be developed in response to demand. |
Focus modes | Users can temporarily adjust Cura around an immediate need, such as deep focus, energy, calm or adapting to change. The platform then returns to the user's longer-term journey. |
Pathways to support | Where appropriate, Cura connects users to relevant client services, benefits, coaching or external support. This helps users move from insight to the most suitable next step. |
Planned after the pilot
Feature | Description |
|---|---|
Advanced personalisation | Cura will use a broader range of assessment, activity and progress signals to make recommendations increasingly relevant to each user. This will create more adaptive journeys while preserving a simple weekly experience. |
Human OS reporting | Users will receive a clearer view of their strengths, priority areas and progress across Cura's six Human OS areas. The aim is to make personal development visible, practical and easy to act upon. |
Organisational risk assessment | Aggregated indicators will help clients identify areas of sustained pressure, low recovery or emerging organisational risk. Reporting will operate at group level and apply appropriate privacy thresholds. |
Skills assessment | Clients will be able to understand strengths and development needs across areas such as focus, adaptability, energy management and collaboration. Trends will show where capability is improving and where additional support may be useful. |
Executive recommendations | Cura will translate reporting into a concise set of recommended organisational actions. |
AI-powered guidance | An AI-supported coaching layer will allow users to ask questions and receive relevant guidance on applying what they have learned. It will extend the value of a Pulse without complicating the core experience. |
